Proper Care Instructions

Before refilling your bottle:

  1. Remove the pump and wash it by hand with warm, soapy water.
  2. Wash the inside and outside of the bottle with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to prevent scratches.
  3. Rinse, then fill the bottle with clean warm water (no soap).
  4. Reattach the pump and press it 10–20 times to flush it with clean water.
  5. Remove the pump, pour out any remaining water from the bottle, and press the pump a few more times to clear out excess water.

Your bottle and pump are now clean and ready for the next refill!

FAQs

Can I use my own bottle?

Absolutely! Any foaming soap bottle will work — just make sure it’s clean before refilling. Use 350ml of warm water for 2 tablets (or 175ml for 1 tablet) and make sure the tablets are fully dissolved before pumping to avoid clogs.

Will your soap work with a non-foaming bottle?

Our tablets are designed for foaming soap bottles, so they won’t lather properly in a regular pump or squeeze bottle. For the best results, use a foaming dispenser that mixes air and soap to create that rich, bubbly foam.

How long does it take to dissolve?

Usually 20–30 minutes in warm water. Cooler water works too, but may take a bit longer.

Can I make half portions?

Yes! Drop one tablet into 175ml of warm water (about half a bottle) for smaller batches.

Are the ingredients natural?

Our tablets use plant-based, biodegradable ingredients that are non-toxic, septic-safe, and gentle on skin — no parabens, sulfates, or artificial dyes.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

They’re formulated to be mild, moisturizing, and pH-balanced (around 5–6). If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend patch-testing first.

What if my pump stops foaming well?

Clean the pump by following the Proper Care Instructions. Residue buildup can reduce foam flow over time.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

No, we recommend hand washing it with warm, soapy water to keep it in good condition.

How should I store the tablets?

Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and humidity. Keep any partially used pouches sealed in an airtight container.
